I rarely watched a movie that took shot in Russia and when I see Transsiberian, I just love the scene. Transsiberian is a new drama cum thriller film from First Look International about a Russia detective who hones in on a seemingly innocent American couple aboard a train headed to Russia from China. This movie is directed by Brad Anderson and starring Woody Harrelson, Emily Mortimer and Ben Kingsley.
The plot of this film is about a journey of Roy (Woody Harrelson) and Jessie (Emily Mortimer), a young Iowa couple who just returned from a church humanitarian mission in China via the Transsiberian Express. The tension of the film is relentless, with telling conversation that suggest the relationships between them are going to take a disturbing turn.
